The MOU Signing Ceremony was held at the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MOU was signed by&nbsp;Assoc. Prof. Dr. Taweewat Watthanakuljaroen, President of STOU, and&nbsp;Dr. Somlerk Jeungsmarn, Director General of the ministry. Among the ceremony witnesses from two institutions were Dr. Ekachai Piensriwatchara, Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Public Health, Mr. Sansern Namprom, Director of the Human Resources Management Division of the Office of the Permanent Secretary, from STOU; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Warangkana Chankong, Dean of the School of Health Science and&nbsp;Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanjana Srisawad, Dean of the School of Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Provisions of the MOU:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Personnel Development:<\/strong> To promote and support the professional development of Ministry of Public Health personnel nationwide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Academic and Research Initiatives:<\/strong> To organize academic projects, knowledge enhancement programs, research, and the exchange of expertise with the public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Educational Support:<\/strong> The Ministry of Public Health will cooperate in the STOU\u2019s instructional management by providing necessary facilities and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expert Support:<\/strong> To provide personnel to serve as guest speakers for skill-building workshops and training, or as adjunct professors for the development of instructional materials, media, and distance learning systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pedantic-wozniak.14-207-142-6.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/443-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"5378\" src=\"https:\/\/pedantic-wozniak.14-207-142-6.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/443-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5378\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"5377\" src=\"https:\/\/pedantic-wozniak.14-207-142-6.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/443-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5377\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 8 December 2025, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Public Health.
