Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) and the Education and Mental Development Sub-Division, Central Women Correctional Institution co-organized a foreign language (English & Chinese) communication skills development for career project targeting \u201cTo Be No.1 Club members\u201d between 13 – 14 February and 19 – 20 February 2025 at Central Women Correctional Institution. On this occasion, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gan Chanyawudhiwan, Acting Vice-President for Academic Services, Cultural Preservation, and International Affairs, presided over the opening of the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nareerut Seerasarn, Faculty Member of the School of Agriculture and Cooperatives, conducted the language training for inmates who are in the To Be No. 1 Club. The language skill should be able to benefit their career after released. This academic outreach project aligns with the mission to promote informal learning and establish a foundation for improving the quality of life for people in the society. It supports integrated development and the network creation of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
