On 26 February 2025, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) led by the Department of Rajamangalaphisek Education Park co-organized game-based activities and waste separated demonstration with Thailand Environment Institute Foundation (TEI). The activities was organized to transform food waste into organic fertilizer for the Rajamangalaphisek Education Park, targeting users of the Parichat Cafeteria. The initiative focused on campaigning and raising awareness about Food Waste, which has been increasing in volume and becoming a major issue that requires management. With the diversity of food types and increased consumption, a critical problem is the lack of waste sorting and failure to repurpose leftover food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEI and STOU recognized the importance of waste management and waste separation, transforming food waste into compost that can be used to maintain plants within the Rajamangalaphisek Education Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
