class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 13<sup>th<\/sup> Provincial University Library Network National Conference or PULINET 2023 was held under the theme \u201cForesight in Reinventing Libraries in a VUCA World: The Next Move,\u201d by Ubon Ratchathani University during 17-20 January 2023 at Sunee Grand Hotel and Convention Center, Ubon Ratchathani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Librarians of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University participated in the conference and presented their academic works and were awarded as the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Miss Ratchakon Kongcharoen received an excellence award for a poster presentation on \u201cSEO content development strategy: a case study on the promotion of identity information perception at STOU\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mrs. Kanlayanee Supadit and Mr. Arcade Kewsawang received an honorable mention for oral presentation on \u201cNonthaburi local information development experience with AR, VR, and Mataverse technology\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There were also three works that won popular votes awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cThe development of online learning resources in information from King Prajadhipok&#8217;s studies and university archives to promote lifelong learning in a volatile world\u201d by Miss Yawinthakorn Thongkaek and Miss Duangrat Dikhua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cManagement of Complimentary e-Book\u201d by Mrs. Nuttaporn Juidech and Miss Thepparat Hanwaree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cKnowledge Base Development for Answering and Researching Service of the Office of Information and Documentation, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University\u201d by Miss Jiranat Anantachai and Miss Nattapat Butsua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-4 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex
