The students of the Double-Degree Program will graduate with degrees from both universities, a Master of Public Administration from NRRU and a Master of Laws from STOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An MOU in regard to the execution of the program was signed by all parties at NRRU on 9 November 2022.
