The Award was presented at the 12th PULINET National Academic Conference (PULINET 2022) during 5-7 January 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PULINET 2022 was held online by Maejo University under the theme \u201cNew Generation Libraries: Toward House of Access,\u201d where Dr. Namthip gave her special speech on the same title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assoc. Prof. Dr. Namtip Wipawin is currently the Chair of the Ph.D. Program in Information Science at the STOU School of Liberal Arts.
